The self contained dinner and dance hall is the perfect place for guests to celebrate with family and friends whether for a special birthday or other occasions.
Our chef will prepare your menu of choice and will ensure all special dietary requirements are taken into account. Our experienced staff make the greatest effort to ensure your event runs smoothly and according to your wishes, as is evident by the glowing reviews, comments and thank you’s we have received from past guests.
The Georgian Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests seated and the dance floor is an integral part of the festivities. The hotel bar adjoins the Georgian Suite ensuring your guests have easy access to the bar area.
Our staff are on hand to assist with all stages of planning the menu and layout of the tables, as well as recommending your entertainment. We are happy to suggest photographers and musicians we have got to know over the years as well as to assist in advising on choices of themes for the decor of the Suite. We are able to offer the revellers the convenience of staying in our comfortable rooms once the celebrations have come to a close.
The Georgian Suite is also a very convenient venue for larger meetings or conferences, seminars, and talks needing space, projectors, audio visual and privacy. We are able to lay out the room to your requirements and are happy to provide catering during the course of the event. Our staff are on hand to discuss your needs and to assist with the planning. Club Meetings and presentations, group discussions and talks are all regular events happening in our Georgian Suite.
For smaller more intimate functions we have our separate and self contained Writing Room which could be the perfect venue for a private dinner, family afternoon celebration or meeting or conference. We are happy to discuss your needs to ensure your event runs smoothly. The Writing Room can accommodate up to 20 people seated and is ideal for presentations, talks and for club meetings.
