Also it was our wedding anniversary (reason for the trip ) and the lovely staff gave us a card . My husband and I were really touched by that X

I booked three Superior Sea View rooms for my daughter’s, their boyfriends and my husband whose birthday we were celebrating.
We were unable to book a parking… read more space at the hotel but stopped outside unloaded the luggage and found a car park easily – £6 for 24 hours and only a 5 minute walk. The location of the hotel was great – everything was so close.
The rooms were lovely and spacious and the views of the sea great. The bed was super comfortable and had a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was lovely – nothing was too much trouble.

The view is fantastic, the only other issue is they charge £10 to park your car.
Will stay here again as it is very central to the town & beach

The room was very comfy – this is a very old building and so you should expect slight quirks throughout but it’s great to see a fab new cocktail bar and a lovely restaurant. The food there is amazing. Peter the chef creates fabulous dishes (I don’t take photos of my food but that goats cheee Mille feuille was instagram-esque). And the full English was so good I had it twice!

The hotel is situated in a perfect place to access the town center easily on foot and the beach equally as close. With the train station around the corner, regular buses and taxis available it’s in the perfect place.
